The property has just been renovated (October 2017) and boasts a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, polished hardwood flooring and LED ceiling lights fans.

Upstairs is the living area of the house and consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining room which open's out onto the covered North facing outdoor entertainment deck. Both indoor and outdoor dining area boast extensive ocean views.

Downstairs is the accommodation area with four bedrooms, three with built-ins and LED fan light's. There is a brand new bathroom and laundry with two toilets.

The property has been smartly furnished and can sleep up to 8 people, therefore it is a great property for two families to share their holiday costs. The property is boarded at the back by a crown land nature reserve which provides a quick and easy access to the village CBD and beaches.

  the house is pretty big and it suited our needs however it was a little bit dirty - dead flies on windows seals, a looot of dust underneath beds, backyard filled with old furnitures
  it has a lot of potential but needs more work to do around the house.

  We had a fabulous week at Bob's Shout. The view from the balcony and living room is simply stunning and the open plan of the upper floor makes the best of this feature. Bedrooms could do with a make over from the old school built in wardrobes and the beds in the 4th annexe room definitely need to be replaced. But if you only need accommodation for 6 people (rather than 8) the house is very comfortable.
