The property boats panoramic ocean views of the Creek,Beach and Surf Club and is within easy walking distance to village CBD and main beaches. Simply park your car and walk for your stay from this great location.

Improvements boast a brand new master built, split level residence which has been designed to maximise the property's views. Entry level boasts open plan kitchen, living and dining room which opens up onto the huge covered outdoor entertainment deck to maximize the North facing ocean view.

Recycled polished hardwood flooring features in this area with high cathedral ceiling. The kitchen area includes an island preparation area with granite bench tops, dishwasher, gas and induction cook top and seperate wall oven. The master bedroom with ensuite, built-ins and ceiling fans with polished concrete flooring is also on this level.

Level one boasts the second bedroom, generous bathroom and rumpus room. The second bedroom includes built-ins, ceiling fans and polished concrete flooring. The bathroom with shower and toilet is adjacent. The rumpus room has polished concrete flooring and sliding door exit to the upper level landscaping area. This area again boasts ocean views and can be opened right up to a protected sunny deck to take in this aspect. Bedding for this property consists of queen bed to master bedroom, tri bunk (double bed and one single) and single bed to second bedroom.

The laundry is located underneath the house in the garage area with an outdoor shower and plenty of undercover surfboard racks.

  Chaddies Beach House is a wonderful place to stay with incredible views and a comfortable, peaceful layout. The house is well-stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The bakery and other shops are a short stroll and the beach is an easy few minutes walk. There are also a number of excellent cafes within a short walk.

  Great house, great location...well kitted out with everything you need. Dangerously close to the pub and a 5 minute walk to the beach at the most. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, main bedroom has an ensuite. Second bedroom is a double/single bunk combo and a single bed. Apparently the single bed isn't the comfiest. Separate bathroom for the kids to use, and a separate room for them to chill in.
  The deck is a decent size and offers great views from the surf club to Hat Head.

  We have stayed here a number of times and keep coming back as we love the house. It's airy, and clean, and bright and well maintained. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Stunning views too. My only (minor) complaints are that the dishwasher and washing machine both don't work very well, and really should be replaced. Also, having young children I would suggest a gate at the end of the verandah to prevent them running onto the road (I wouldn't let this deter anyone from booking though as you can fashion a barrier yourself if necessary).

  This was our second visit to this lovely home, We found that the cleaner had done a great job and everything was spotlessly clean.
  A gas hotplate has been “under repair” since our last visit in July 2019. There is an induction cooktop but unfortunately some of the saucepans and frypans don’t work on it. We barbecued a lot, and the bbq was good.
  As an older person I found the seating in the main living area wasnt suitable for me, too low and soft. I found a great chair in the dining area.
  We loved the deck, and spent many hours there, drinking coffee and enjoying the sunshine. It is sheltered and has great views.
